Oresa Ventures is an investment company with Swedish roots focused on private equity investments in Central & Eastern Europe. Our core markets are Poland and Romania.
With an experience of more than fifteen years in the private equity sector and investments exceeding 150 million euros, we have been involved in building successful businesses that have turned many of our partner companies into industry leaders.
Since 1995 , Oresa has focused on strategic and operational support to companies with the ambition to become leading players in their sectors, and headed by entrepreneurs and management teams with vision and drive.
Following this strategy, we have contributed to the creation of regional or national market leaders in healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods, financial and business services, retail and construction materials.
Over time, our investments strategy has developed to include, aside from growth capital, partial and total buy-outs, pre-IPO deals and management buy-outs. But our principles have not changed:
